Formed in 1991 Bonnar Keenlyside is a UK based management consultancy with an unrivalled pedigree of working across the arts, heritage and wider cultural sector, both nationally and internationally.

Our work includes undertaking feasibility studies for major capital projects, organisational development, business planning, independent market research and analysis, options appraisals and project management. As part of our work we are required to subject the proposed concept / vision, aims and objectives of the client and wider stakeholder group to rigorous analysis and testing.

Our entire portfolio of work has been delivered by the two Directors and their teams that have been in place and unchanged for almost ten years. Well over fifty percent of our work is previous clients returning to us and this, together with the strength of our client list, is the best recommendation we can offer for our services.
